Full threaded absorber tube casing for independent height adjustment. SAE9254 high strength durable cold wound steel & heat treated coils. IP High quality fork oil. Lock rings are made of high rigiity cast iron and lower bracket are made of light weight aluminum material. Elongated camber bolt hole for camber adjustment without the need of special camber screw and bolt.

Camber adjustable aluminum pillow ball upper mount (optional on most McPherson applications only). DGR utilises a very well respected and proven monotube damper design combined with high quality components which has gone through numerous rigorous tests and costly manufacturing processes. Mountube uses a single outer tube and the oil and gas are separated by a free piston, which puts the oil on the top and gas on the bottom. The damper uses a large floating piston which displaces more oil, creating more flow through the valves than the smaller twin-tube piston, this make the damper much more sensitive to small suspension movements. The high flow in turn make it more repeatable and enables to achieve an accurate control of the daming force.

Mono0-tube design also allows the heat in the oil to transfer directly to the outer surface of the shock body, which is in irect contact with cooling airflow where it can dissipate more efficiently. This reduces heat-induced fad, allowing the shock to maintain full damping characteristics as temperature rises. 30 levels fully adjustable damper. Featuring 30 levels of damping adjustment, it combines both rebound and compression in one adjust for simplicity and ease of use. The damper can be easily assedssed and adjusted via a knob at the top of the amper mount. Simple adjustments can be made to tune to your desired style of driving and comfort level that you desire.

This allows you to preset to soft damping for your daily drive and switch to hard damping for track days. Two way independent height adjustment. DGR damper uses a threaded tube body coupled with an adjustable lower mount, offering an independent height adjustment. This means a wide range of height adjustment is available without affecting the spring per-load or the damper stroke length. This allows significant ride height changes without sacrificing shock travel or ride comfort.

So whatever height is being set, you will received to optimum performance of the damper. You can raise your car up to factory height for OEM appearance. Otherwise, you can drop your car all the way down for a formal racetrack aggressive outlook which also lowers your centre of gravity.

The availability of spare parts is critical and imperative to ongoing operation. In addition, all functioning parts are serviceable, However, such service is generally not recommended as the cost incurred did not exceed the technical benefit gained form it. The spring rate and damping force of DGR shock absorbers will not be the same as the original factory specifications of vehicle. When using DGR shock absorbers, please follow the local laws and regulations regarding shock absorber modification.

Shock absorbers are filled with highle compressed nitrogen. Do not disassemble shock absorbers. DGR is not responsible for any probuct failure or accident resulting from dissembling. DGR shock absorbers are divided into two categories, sport, and racing.

The springs included with DGR shock absorbers are made from high qualitty SAE9254 steel, which is extremely resistant to deformation and provides excellent rigidity and long life usage. Unlike original factory fixed shock absorbers, drivers can adjust the damping coefficient. The cylinder oil used in DGR shock absorbers in higher quality than that of factory standard oil. When encountering pits or pot-holes on the road DGR shock absorbers will reduce shock and prevent the second bounce feeling due to excellent bounce suppression qualities. The original damping level of the shock absorbers will be set at 30 by the factory.

Rotate knob clockwise toward H for a harder ride. Rotate knob anti clockwise toward S for a softer ride. Shock absorbers are set to the softest damping coefficient at the factory, to adjust to desired damping level follow step 2 and 3.

Adjust the damping level of the left and right hand-side dampers by the same factor. Adjustment of ride height safety information. Silo body and legs must not contact any of the vehicles pipes, tubes, or hoses as this may cause them to rupture. Sock absorbers must be installed in accordance with the following instructions. DGR is not responsible for any mishaps resulting from improper installation.

For type A suspension dampers, the distance between the lower ring and the start of the tube threading should be on less than 25mm. For McPherson type suspersion dampers, the distance between the lower ring and the end of the shock absorber tube should be on less than 60mm. This is the maximum adjustment rage.

Height adjustment(shock absorbers and springs separated). Release rings 1 and 2. To increase the ride height, increase the height level of B and D. To decrease the ride height, decrease the height level of B and D. Do not adjust the distance of B or D independently, the distance of B and D must be adjusted simultaneously.

Lower vehicle and check the distance between E and F, the distance between these points should be 4-5 cm. Once adjustment is complete be sure to lock rings 1 and 2. Loosen screw A to adjust the angle of elevation. Measure the distance of Bshown in the diagram. Using the DGR supplied tool to loosen the ring shown as C in the diagram. Rotate the ring anti-clockwise to adjust the ride height, after each adjustment of 1.5mm ring C must be locked before further spring compression. The ride height can not be adjusted by altering the position of ring D.

When installing or adjusting the fish eyes, ensure the points of A and B shown on the figure are perpendicular with the vehicle body.
